The idea behind this pattern is to make something of use out of something forgotten. For that reason, it is unlined. To give your bag its longest life, you’ll want to choose a thicker, woven fabric like ripped denim jeans, an old IKEA bag, or even torn upholstery.
If you do wish to make this from yardage, you’ll need just 1/3 yard.
